You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winbeth platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. winbeth will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on winbeth. winbeth is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming activity on the platform, provided the platform has operated in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that any losses will not have a material adverse impact on your financial wellbeing or that of your dependants.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winbeth's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by winbeth's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
